Can't find other people's runs on the web

I used to see other people's courses on Garmin Connect. Total strangers even. I could pull up a map of city and see where people are running. Also prior years' races typically had many Garmin runs posted on the race course - it was great for scoping out a future race. Where can I find this now? I cannot find other people's courses on the web as I used to.

Yes, and you can use Segments the same way. And also for Courses you can select Heatmap option on the right to color most used paths (works only for paths added to OpenStreetMap).

I think I found it. Click on "Training." Then click on "Courses." Then you can enter a city name and other parameters, and runs start to show up.
