Hi,
I realise there are a number of posts related to this but I can't seem to find an answer to my specific question.
When I record an activity, i.e. 45 mins of HIIT, I get the activity calories displayed at the end of the workout, lets say 600 Kcal. At this point, if I look at the active calories on my Fenix, it will display something like 520. I get that there is a difference between active calories and activity calories, i.e. activity calories includes RMR. Is there any way that I can view just the active calorie burn within an activity i.e. the number burnt over and above RMR for the duration of the activity? I am taking part in fitness challenge competitions whereby we need to log the number of active calories burnt during activities. Currently, the only way I can do this is take a note of the active calories on my watch before and after an activity. It would be far easier if I could just see the active calories burnt during an activity on the report (similar to the way Apple displays data after capturing an activity).
Thanks, James
