y runs have suddenly become very short - I am 4 weeks away from completing 1/2 marathon and I am only doing 10kms today for long run and easy run next week is 1.6? Whats happened?
I also thought it was questionable. Last 4 weeks were the same with 5K, little intervals (30'), 5K and 10K. Maybe some tapering?
Other issue: confidence level was at hightest point until yesterday. Tomorrow i'll race and I just found out that is was suddenly on the lowest?
