Split a circuit manually

Hey, i'm a new user of the garmin 35 and I was wondering if it is possible to split training into segments on garmin connect to have a multiples averages instead of overall ones.

I know I could use touch lap on my watch, but I forget to do it everytime.

If it's not possible is there a way to have the average of a portion of a running in order to exclude rest from those.
