Can I sync a deleted activity again?

I use a fenix6 and have deleted an activity on Garmin Connect. The data is stil one my watch. Can I re sync the activity again to Garmin Connect?

this (manual page 10) doesn't do the job:

You cannot sync it if it was already sucessfully synced, but you can download it from the folder //GARMIN/Activity/ through the USB cable, and import it to GC Web at [https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data]
