No step or sleep tracking
... additionally, it is unclear whether under "my Garmin" we should understand that your Garmin device stopped counting the steps, or whether the data just stopped syncing to the Garmin Connect account. As pshare wrote, if you want answers, you need to describe precisely what exactly your problem is.
It’s a forerunner 35. It has been synced, paired, and my phone updated. Precisely, my device stopped counting daily steps on March 7th. It also stopped recording my sleep for each night on the same day. I have not changed any settings.
HI there! Sorry to hear this has happened. I just want to be sure I understand correctly, does the device show 0 for steps? Or is the device counting steps and just not syncing over? If your forerunner 35 is not counting steps at al, I recommend 1 of 2 things. First a simple reset, hold the top the left button for 45 seconds ignoring power off. Then turn it back on and try to get about 100-200 steps. If this does not work, you will need to factory reset by going into the settings on the watch itself then system and restore. If this still has not corrected the issue, please feel free to tag me and we will get this resolved.

The FR35 is notorically known for having problems with full storage, so make sure to clean up the folder //GARMIN/Activitiy/ regularly (over the USB cable), to make some free space, in order that there is enough room for new data.
Make the master reset as advised by AmberD if it does not help, but do not make it without trying to make the free room first, because the master reset will wipe out the settings, and you'll also have to reconnect the watch to GC.
