Need HELP Activity cannot be uploaded

I tries to manually uplpad, but it said we dont support the file type you tried to import. It’s actually.fit file

Can you fix mine. I have the same issue. When i try to import a FIT file i get the message @we dont support the file type you tried to import".

8818737, yes, but we need the file. Zip the fit file then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload. Alternatively, post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

Sorry. Tried zipping my fit file but wont let me insert here the message i get is "the file or url is not allowed to be inserted" Any ideas? 

Insert > Image/video/file

Click on "Upload"

Browse for the file then double click it

Click OK

I have tried this and copied the URL from my download folder. If it helps the zip file is ezyzip.zip. Does that look correct

There is no "URL" to copy. Just upload the file by clicking on the word "upload," browsing to the zipped file, then doulbe-click it.
