Corrupt Fit File

Hi! My ride from today will not upload, and I am afraid the file might be corrupted. Can anyone help? File attached.

The file is not attached. You'll need to zip the file then Insert > Image/video/file > Upload

If you're unable to upload it here, save it to a file share service such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

These two file seems corrupt, garmin connect won't accept yet if I download off watch it manually upload to strava with all data looking correct google drive links here

Thanks I am assuming the power data from stryd was coruppt as that's what seems to be removed?

seilogramp I have another corrupt file, what was the issue with the last file was it the power? It seems to happen on my enduro when I pause and leave paused for a few minutes then hit save?

If you could fix this so garmin connect will accept that would be fantastic

Seems the Stryd power data is intact.

FIT File Tools would also fix this one. Just run it through the section remover without any changes.

seilogramp I tried fit file tools first and it didn’t work what was corrupted in last weeks files I sent?
