Tacx Premium Account paid but not active

I have paid for a Tacx Premium account to do structured bike workouts with my indoor trainer.

Tacx and Garmin accounts are already synchronized succefully.

Tacx Groundwork workout program is not accessible from IPad , I can open a workout preview but there is no START button. And the program is not added to my account either.

I contacted Garmin support via email that confirmed my Premium account and asked me for user and password to check what was wrong. Never heard from them again. 
What is going on between Garmin and Tacx???
