Getting "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again." when uploading a GPX file from Strava into course. How do I fix it?

Have downloaded a gpx file of a course from Strave and getting the message: An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.

I have gone to the training section, opened courses, clicked Import and dragged file from downloads into the area it says and then pressed Get Started and just get this message. Tried it on two course files and the same message.

Thank you. Good to know it was not corrupted. Just tried one in Chrome not Safari and it seemed to work. Thanks very much for your help. Most kind

Zip one of the files and post it here (Insert » Image/video/file » Upload), so that we can look what is wrong with it.

I was able to import that gpx as a course without any errors.
