Malformed fit file

Hi I am hoping someone can help I completed a run today which is showing on my garmin watch but not on garmin connect. I have tried to upload as a fit file to strava and I am getting a message to say the fit file is malformed is this something that can be fixed ? Thank you

Please zip the problematic fit file and attach it to this thread. We will take a look at it and try to repair it for you.
