Repairing a fit file - can anyone help please?

I did a decent bike ride today but for some reason it just won't upload, I've tried everything, I think the file is corrupted. Is anyone able to help please? It tells me I can't upload a fit file....

AmeliaDarley, please zip the problematic fit file and attach it to this thread. We will take a look at it and try to repair it for you.

Insert > Image/video/file > Upload
