I am 43 years old male. My VO2 Max is 38 for the last 5 months and it dipped to 37 in one day when my daughter used it to check her cadence. I workout for 90 mins (run/cross-fit) daily. Any suggestions to improve VO2 max? My VO2 age is 54!
