Hola, al unirme a un desafío en ciclismo, no se registran los kilómetros que voy haciendo, y aparece siempre el contador a 0

    You have to record the rides with a Garmin device. Rides imported from 3rd party apps, such as Zwift, or manually enterred activities do not count.

    Las rutas se graban y se importan con Garmin Edge 705 y al conectarlo con cable a la computadora se importan correctamente, pero no contabilizan los kilómetros realizados en el apartado de desafíos. Gracias

    Which Challenge exactly? And could you share a link to one such Activity in Garmin Connect?

    Tengo problemas con todos los desafios, por ejemplo, desafio ciclista 250k. Adjunto imagen

    Try leaving the Challenge (Abandonar), then joining it again, and then editing all concerned Activities, changing a minor detail, such as the title, the Percieved Effort, adding a Calorie, or similar. And check again the Challenge counter to see whether it helped.

    There was a user for a while ago with a Forerunner 405 and he couldn't get any progress in the challenges since his watch only logged in TCX format and Garmin has stopped that from working for challenges.

    The Edge 705 is also from 2008 when the Forerunner 405 was released. Which file format is Edge 705 using? And where can you check that?
    The user can probably check that by clicking cog wheel in upper right and export original and see what type of file is being downloaded.

    Puede que tengas razón, lo he comprobado con una ruta realizada el martes y esta en formato TCX. Entonces, en que formato lo suben mis amigos para poder practicar los desafíos? Gracias por tu interés

    Hola, hice todo lo que dijiste y no ha habido éxito. Incluso elimine varias rutas y las volví a importar y el contador de los desafíos no se mueve. Gracias

    They must be in FIT format. I don't know when Garmin changed from TCX to FIT, but newer devices creates FIT files. 

    Garmin made a change in January that made TCX files not count for challenges, but they seemed to forget about the older devices.

    Hola, he pasado archivos TCX a FIT con un conversor, y al importar el archivo FIT aparece el siguiente mensaje "El sistema no ha aceptado uno de los archivos. Ponte en contacto con el departamento de asistencia para obtener ayuda"
