Floor widget not working

For the last week my Floor climb is not working on my Vivoactive 3. I’ve tried removing it and reloading but no luck. Any ideas on how to fix it?

When you open the altimeter widget, does the altitude change when you change the floor? If not, then the pressure sensor port may be stuck with dirt. Also check some tips are posted in this thread: What's the secret to tracking stairs accurately?
