I accidentally recorded a run as a ride. How do I change the laps from 5 mile laps to 1 mile laps on the Garmin web app or in the Forerunner 735XT?

  ... also watch for errors, when importing the file. You have to delete the original, before being able to import it back. So if you forgot deleting it, do it now and repeat the import.
