Running Segments not available

Hello

I want to create a running segment, which I do as follows:

1) Select an activity I have done.

2) Once at my activity, I scroll down all the way down, and select the Segments tab in the last section.

3) I select the button +Create New segment.

Which is the same procedure for a biking segment that I can do without any problems, but instead I get the following message when doing it for running:

Please help, is this a site problem or am I doing something wrong?, is there any other way to create a running segment ?

You have to enable Garmin Segments through the phone app (Training » Segments » Menu). When you activate Strava, Garmin Segments are disabled, and Strava segments are enabled instead.

I just verified and I have the Garmin segments enabled.

OK, in that case verify your privacy settings, and the privacy zones - if the segment is within a privacy zone, it won't work.

I wanted to try it but the problem is that I wont even have a chance to create the segment, either outside or inside a privacy zone.

I get the message that the segment creating page does not exist.
