Steps not syncing :(

Garmin 735xt / iPhone

Steps appear daily on watch and on my day in garmin connect.

But do not appear in stats. This is from 16/01

Also On the board with my connections mine says 0

cycling is updating.

any help?

The most probable reason is that your device is associated with multiple accounts, and a part of the data lands in the other account. It frequently happens for example when you reinstall the application…

The most probable reason is that your device is associated with multiple accounts, and a part of the data lands in the other account. It frequently happens for example when you reinstall the application, and inadvertently sign up a new account instead of signing into the original one. Carefully follow all the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

Thank you for the reply.

I literally had to sign out and remove from all three areas but it has resolved the issue despite only having one account.

If it resolved the issue, you had more than one account associated with the device. You would not believe how common the problem is, and I did not see anyone yet, who'd not swear having only a single account. However, very often a simple lookup in Garmin Connect reveals the truth. In your case it is difficult, though, because there are around ~50 profiles under the name James Rowe, so it is impossible to tell which ones belong to you.
