Error 500 for login widget on connect signin page

Hello!

I'm receiving an error for the signin widget (box) in the connect signin page. Signin page loads correctly, but when it tries to render the following URL, that request fails with a 500 Server error:

Output is: I can see the signin page with the two guys running, and the "loading" circle gif, but the form doesn't get rendered. Is there any way I can solve this issue? 

I'm using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit). I've tried deleting all my browser history, cache and cookies. Issue is the same using Private mode.

Also, if I login to the forums (page and signin form renders OK), I'm able to access the connect dashboard, that's my workaround for now, but it's really inconvenient.
