That was reported in the mod group in May. Admins changed permissions back to at least allow the mods to see a profile, as it was preventing us from easily reporting an account as abusive. I believe due to GDPR concerns Garmin removed a lot of permissions, including from external mods (those that aren't Garmin employees), but may have gone too far. I can ask if they would consider giving "view profile" permissions back to everyone. There is no PII in the user profile (at least from an external mod's view), unless the user chooses to include it themselves.
