S62 performance stats and stat tracking not working

Hi all. 

I have just got an S62 and so far I am very disappointed in the product. I have tried everything to get it to sync and to have it track the shots and performance stats (why I bought it) and it just won’t do it no matter what I do. 

ive called customer service twice and the second time he just left me on hold for 40 mins until I hung up the phone because I realised he wasn’t picking it back up! 

can someone please help me! As I feel as though I’ve just wasted $750

    Well, you are posting to the wrong forum here. This one is for the questions around the Garmin Connect Web interface. You'll have better chance asking the question on the right place:

    If you suspect problems with the watch self, then rather post to the Approach S62 forum. Though, if the problem is the inability to sync the watch with the phone, then either sync it over the USB cable to Garmin Express on a computer, or post a question to the respective Garmin Connect Mobile forum (Android, iOS, or Windows Mobile) - the problem is rarely with the watch, but typically comes from the phone settings.
