Malformed .fit file - won't upload to Garmin Connect or Strava

Hi there and sorry to be seeking help. I have tried the normal tools to fix this file from my Zwift ride yesterday evening, but with no luck. I get a malformed file error message. Would anyone be able to take a quick look and see if there is a possible fix?     Hi i need urgent help here.. Did a long ride and the activity is not uploaded to strava. While uploading the fit file it says malformed file.. Could u pl help as I'm in a marathon tour de 100.. Did a long ride 160kms today..

    Hi pl help me as i get malformed file error. Unable to upload to strava.. Did a long ride 164.52kms.. And the data is not uploaded

    This is all I'm getting...

    Any other files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder? Possibly you deleted it or didn't save correctly?

    Hi.. I did not delete anything.. I searched the strava folder and found only this file with the time stamp.. In the strava app its shown processing activity and been 5hrs nw

    I use strava app in my android device.. Post my activity I clicked on finish and submitted for syncing. Got a message the activity couldn't sync due to a network error.. And when i clicked on the notification it started showing processing activity.. No re upload or any other option to download as. Gpx. Can't even view the activity

    Are you using a Garmin device or just the Strava android app to track your ride? If Garmin device, can we at least check the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder for a viable FIT file?

    • Connect your Garmin to a computer with the Garmin USB cable.
    • Open the drive associated with your device.
    • Drill down to the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
    • Look for the appropriate fit file based on the date and size. A 165 km ride should be larger than the rest.
    • Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
    • Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

    In the com folder of strava this is the only file for the day with the same time i clicked finish.. I can see other fikes with .Fit extension from 3 digit kb to mb size last 5 months data.. I had logged out n logged in.. Did a small activity and it is reflected.. Pending one is still under processing activity
