I didn't see any sleep data for the previous night. Trying to figure out how to update the syncing, I accidentally made a manual sleep entry. I would like to undo that. Is it possible? How do I do it?

I just stumbled across this thread because I did the same thing. What I found out deletes that manual entry is to edit it again to the same time like 12:00pm bedtime and 12:00pm wake up. It won't change…
Garmin really needs to work on there sleep software. That’s a huge metric for most people to track there recovery and the fact it’s so choppy, for example, can’t delete an entry or won’t pick up on a nap…
Well, I can't find a way to delete my question. So I'll just say that I "found" the solution. For some reason my sleep data didn't come in with the first sync. When it came in with a later sync, it overrode…
I was able to delete the data by changing the time. Put both the start and the stop/end time as the same time which deleted the entry.
Thanks that worked. Same issue in July 2022.. garmin hasn’t fixed their sleep software…
Thanks this worked. Garmin hasn’t fixed their sleep software as this bug still persists in July 2022
I did the same thing. There is no way to delete it. I have tried everything. Very disappointed
They still have not fixed it I did the same thing manually did my sleep can’t be fixed yet ugh
Same issue. I was playing around with previous nights sleep data and changed it to manual. This deleted the Garmin data and now will not allow to re-sync and update with the original. Looks like I've just wasted one nights sleep!! Just like pressing pause during a run and having to run that extra 200m to make it up
same here, it is really not good that you cannot delete manual data and sync with your watch data
