Correction of HR zones once workout completed

Is it possible to change or actualise the HR zone once the workout downloaded on Garminconnect for the feature "Time spent in zone" ?

    Not really. You would have to export the activity, edit the file, delete it from GC, and import it back from the file. That would be quite tedious, though. Perhaps using the FIT File Repair Tool could help with it.
