Every time I get to the connections page on Garmin connect it shows up with “network connection error” and none of my Facebook, google email or contacts show up even when I search there names taking case sensitivity into consideration.

would there be any reason why this is always happening even after resetting device, app etc.

  • Are you speaking about the GC Mobile app or about the GC Web interface? You are posting to the forum of the web interface, but speaking about an "app", so I am confused. In any case, if it does not work on the app, try the web interface, and vice versa.
