Not sync burned calories from Connect

Hello people.
I recently acquire a 6xPro, which is my second Garmin device.
The first one is an Edge 530 for cycling.
I have understood that Phisio Trueup is working in both devices to sync by Connect way all the measures.

Today, after cycling, I saw that burned calories in my Fenix are not sum with the burned calories from Edge.

Both devices have the last software version installed.

Is it normal? Is not possible to show the total burned calories in the fenix?

Is the Physio TrueUp option enable on both devices, and did you sync both devices since the change? You have to sync first the device where the change was logged, and then the device, where it should be transferred to.

Hello.
Both have enabled Physio TrueUp.
And the sync is automatic for them as they are connected with the mobile phone, so I don’t know which synced before.

It is, but sometimes it needs an additional manual sync, or waiting for the next sync for the changes to propagate through
