file not uploading/corrupt

Hello I am having some trouble uploading my file, at first it had 0mb then for some reason it changed to having 79bites but still will not upload to Garmin connect. I tried running it through Garmin.kiessewetter.nl but that didn't seem to work for some reason. If somebody could help me fix my file that would be great it was an important ride. That link isn't working. Looks like I need an account with Colorado Springs Schools. Can you just zip the fit file and attach it to this thread?

Unfortunately there is nothing here. No data. No recorded timestamps, no GPS data, just device info (Edge 520).

That one is the same as the first "fit file is empty."
