Those are no links, those are screenshots. I need links to the activties. Please use the Share function on the activity screen, and select the option Web Link. Also please post a screenshot of the daily Steps graph for the day the cadence did not record.
One possible reason could be that it was a treadmill run and you've be holding on the railing, hence neither the steps, nor the cadence could be detected. The same would happen if running while pushing a pram.
... and another possibility would be, that you originally did not record the activity as Run, but for example as Cycling, by mistake, and then changed the type to Run later in Garmin Connect.
