Edge Explore safety and tracking error

Hello!

I'm having a problem when I try to select incident detection or live track in Safety and Tracking on Garmin Connect app. When I select one of those two, the app brings me back on a home screen with a message: An error has occurred.

Anyone with a same issue or solution?

  • I have got the same issue!! Can anyone help us? I use a xiami mi9t pro and edge 1030. I reinstall garmin connect app and give all the permissions. The live track show the home screen an error has occurred. 

  • If nobody here on the user forum answers within a few days, then it means that other users do not know the solution. You might be perhaps more successfull on the respective forum for your Edge model. If you get no answer there either, then contact the Customer Support of Garmin.

    Alternatively, you can try installing an older version from an unofficial APK archive such as the apkssl.com or apkmirror.com. The app is known to notorioulsy reintroduce a bug causing LiveTrack problems with certain Garmin models, so an older version may help (especially if you know the feature previously worked with your Edge).
