I want to export a gpx file from my laptop to my new Garmin Venu (round face). Does the watch support this function and if so how do I do it please?

I want to ask if I can export a gpx file (map) to my Garmin Venu (round).

Does anyone know if the watch supports its and if so, what do I need to do?

Not possible on the iOS app, so moved your thread to the Garmin Connect Web forum for better visibility.

I just checked your User Manual, and it claims Venu indeed supports the navigation:

It means you can upload Courses using Garmin Connect, or Garmin Explore. If you have a GPX file, you can import it to Garmin Connect Web on the page Courses, and then send it to the device from there. If you have a FIT file, you can upload it directly to the watch (folder //GARMIN/Courses).
