You'll need to change the privacy settings, at least temporarily, so we can see it.
Sorry, just unlocked it.
Connect the watch through the USB cable to a compter with Garmin Express, update it (to get the latest firmware and the latest EPO/CPE file), if asked perform the firmware update, and restart the watch.
