Are you referring to how your device is listed in the app, under Garmin Devices? If not, could you post a screenshot of the location?

Yes, and it’s Bluetooth name etc if you see what I mean? Basically I would like it to come up on strava as something other than “Forerunner 245 Music”

Bluetooth name on iOS might not be user configurable. I can do it on my android but not my iPhone.

The device name is hardoceded. If the activity was recorded by a Garmin 245 Music, then it will show it was recorded by Garmin 245 Music, and it is perfectly correct. Unless you know you do not own any Garmin 245 Music. In that case your device either reports wrong ID, or Strava does not recognize its ID, and uses the ID of Garmin 245 Music instead. In that case contact the Support of Strava, and ask them to add your device too.

Frankly told, this is a forum for Garmin Connect, not for Strava, so if you want that Strava offers you a customizable name for the devices, you will have to ask for it on their platform. Perhaps it is already available (though I doubt it a bit). Anyway, you are not on the right website here for Strava related problems.
