Tacx Desktop app do not shows Total Elevation / Tacx Vortex

After linking my tacx cloud with garmin, i have got problems, i do not see evelation gain. I did it yesterday (linking accounts). Ride the same slope traning, see the screenshots:

also, Email TCX export do dot work now too...

The website https://support.garmin.com lists several options how to reach the support in your country (typically phone, chat, and email). Tacx support might have been already moved to Garmin (though that is just my personal speculation)
