Hi
i saw some threads on this that were very old. I am following the garmin coach marathon training. it tends to say run 30 mins easy then 10 mins faster etc.
i would like to get my mile splits in the charts afterwards. i set up the 1 mile alert on the watch and it does alert to say speed per mile. but i would like to see it when i get home otherwise i have to remember what my mile pace was each mile. eg do i slow down between miles 3 and 6 etc.
can anyone advise?
