the error message says the file is not supported
actually figured out the issue. i downloaded the for bike directly off the zwift app and uploaded into garmin connect. clean file. all good. thanks for the response.
, zip the fit file, then attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see if it is repairable and what might be wrong with it.
