the error message says the file is not supported
actually figured out the issue. i downloaded the for bike directly off the zwift app and uploaded into garmin connect. clean file. all good. thanks for the response.
Former Member, zip the fit file, then attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see if it is repairable and what might be wrong with it.
