Is there a place for suggestions?

I would like to suggest that a generic goal feature be added to the web page.  If one is trying to quit smoking or reducing social media time or something other that is fitness related but not specific, it would be a help to be able to track their activities in those areas along with the fitness data that is being reported by the device.  It doesn't have to be fancy or detailed just a goal setting that allows one to set a goal to do "activity" this many times (more or less) for this period of time.   

A smoker trying to quit by step-down method could set a goal to smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day. 

A student could set a goal to spend only 30 minutes on social media a day.

A drinker could set a goal to drink less than 5 coffees/beers/drinks a day.

A couch-potato could set a goal to spend 120 hours a week out of doors.

I think it would be a useful support item on the web page and would like to make the suggestion somewhere where it will be noticed.
