I used to have the same when riding on Tacx App but that changed when they added auto syncing with Garmin Connect at the beginning of December. So if you'd ridden on Zwift or now Tacx app (since it's linked) the miles will count towards your challenges so must be the link with sufferfest. Rouvy is the same and doesn't register on challenges.

So... the neo2t is a garmin? The tacx app is a garmin? I did 3 session and did not count in the challenge.

Have you linked your cloud.tacx account with your Garmin connect account? It should register the activities in the challenges then

actually scrap that only Zwift and actual rides have registered on mine too when I checked

To be more precise: You need to record the activities with a Garmin device that can be added as a device to Garmin Connect, and that can be set as the Preferred Activity Tracker.

Zwift imports seem to work for some users, though do not work for others. Personally, I do not use Zwift, so cannot advise on that part. Generally, though, imported activities do not count for badges and Challenges in Garmin Connect.

Garmin does not comment here, on the user forum (only very exceptionally on some device-dedicated forums). For communicating with Garmin you have to use one of the options available in your country, listed at https://support.garmin.com
