Depending on your watch, you should be able to create a custom activity for this.
... also it depends also on what exactly you call "work out list". If you mean an Exercise of a Workout in the Training menu (a workout step), then use the basic exercise type "Run", and enter "backwards" into the notes of that workout step (notes are accessible only once you save the layout of the Workout)
