I’m just a few days in on a Forerunner 45. Today was 1st time trying to use treadmill mode. Timer done prompt came on shortly after starting. I panicked in mid run. Saved. Then hit run and started timer for a regular run. Now I want to delete that from watch and manually enter correct info from gym treadmill. Have not synched w phone yet I don’t think. Only have time and distance. How do I fix this? Thanks.
