Garmin Connect is not showing any of my daily stats, only my activities show up. Everything else is blank.

Since the second week in August, only my activities are showing up on the calendar and in my daily stats. None of my other stats (heart rate, steps, body battery, etc.) show anything. They are all blank.
Very frustrated.

  • Which Garmin device are you using? Consider the possibility that you might have logged in with a 2nd Garmin account. Just to be sure, see this help guide - Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

Also, if you're viewing stats on Garmin Connect Mobile iOS or android, verify that you've got the cards set to view those statistics under "edit my day."

  • Appreciate you trying to help, I just really wish Garmin was better about responding and helping to solve issues.

Did you already contact them, and they did not answer? In such case, call them directly.

My activities sync and load perfectly fine. It is all of my other daily stats that completely do not exist. They are blank....heart rate, steps, body battery, sleep, etc. They all showed up until August 9th, 2020.

There are basically four following possibilities. The most common and the most likely reason in most cases is the #3, just as  already suggested. And all that despite people are always mistakenly persuaded they never created multiple accounts. The #2 is not very likely in your case, since you tell the Activties sync OK. In your plae I'd reread the instructiond from the link in #3, and followed them carefully again. Checking the hints #1 and #4 may reveal the culprit too, of course.

    1. Your Privacy Settings do not allow sending data to the Garmin Account (verify the option Storage & Processing), or the device is not set as the Preferred Activity Tracker (check out the Device Settings on the Garmn Connect Mobile app » Activity Tracking » Preferred Activity Tracker)

    2. The BT synchronisation on the phone app does not work (the white circle around the watch symbol never closes) - in that case follow the tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide. Alternatively, you can sync the data with the GC account over the USB cable and Garmin Express on a compuiter, or manually by importing files from the device folder //GARMIN/ACTIVTY/ to the Import Data page of GC Web (in case of errors during the import, see the hint #3)

    3. When the synchronisation works (the white sync circle closes and turns green), but not all the data is appearing in your account, then it very probably means that your device is associated with multiple accounts, and a part of the data lands in the other account. It frequently happens for example when you reinstall the application, and inadvertently sign up a new account instead of signing into the original one. Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

    4. The storage (or a FIT file storing the Activity details or HR data and the steps data) is dammaged or full. Try backing up and deleting old files from the folder //GARMIN/Activity and //GARMIN/Monitor. Look up the last unsynced activities from the folder //GARMIN/Activity, and try importing them manually on the Import Data page of GC Web. If you get errors when trying to import them, try fixing the broken files by passing them through the Section Remover of FIT File Tools (without removing anything), and then importing again the repaired file(s).

  • Out of desperation I removed both of my devices from my account completely and then re-added them to my account and re-assigned my Fenix 6S to be my primary activity tracker (even though it was already set up as my primary) and it has seemed to work.....for now at least.

I did this same thing back in August when it stopped working and it showed my stats during the day, but then did not record/save them... there was no history for any days.

Hoping this solves it this time....I will have to wait until tomorrow I guess to see if it saves my stats. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for trying to help me out!
