Fix a fit file? Won't upload to Strava or Garmin Connect

Hello,

I'm using a Mac so I don't think I can easily install MS Access for the fix tool. When I try to upload to Garmin Connect it says it cannot add this file type, Strava says its malformed but it also says that for all my .fit files so...

Ahhh, I use an Edge 820 but didn't have it on at the time. I guess I'm out of luck.

Did you record the activity with a Garmin device? This looks like it was from zwift.

Hello, yes it was recorded using Zwift on a Mac. I was hoping to either upload it through Garmin Connect account or strava. It does show the activity on Zwift already.

That's why Garmin won't accept it. Do you use a Garmin device? Which one?

That File is corrupt / Incomplete

Go to https://zwift.com/feed.

Select Just Me.
Locate and select the activity you would like to download.
Select the icon.
Select Download Fit File.
Then Manually Upload to Strava
