Training Calendar no Syncing to Fenix 3HR

I know that this has been a problem in the past, but not sure if others are having similar issues recently. None of my scheduled workouts are being syncing via Express to my watch. I have done a soft reset of the watch, cleared the activities of the watch with no luck. Express indicates that the sync did take place, however not transfer of the workouts. In "workouts" on the watch, I see a few older workouts, but no new trainings schedule.

Does anyone have an ideas or work arounds for this?

Have a look at the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/ - if there are nay old workouts, delete them. Then try pausing and resuming your Traininig Plan, or rescheduling a workout, or even scheduling any unrelated workout from the Workouts menu, and then use the function Send to device.
