Garmin Connect wrong IF and TSS calculation

Since a couple weeks the calculation of TSS and IF just doesnt match the numbers anymore.

Easy to see in the screen, 1h ride, 75% at Sweetspot, 25% below, should not result in 100+ TSS.

Same if you go by HR, here it is even more clear from the zone distribution.

Data recorded with Fenix 6. FTP set to 285, as recorded in the activity.

The exported file is attached.

Any ideas whats wrong?

Sounds like the same (or similar) case as in the thread Garmin connect calculation the wrong TSS and IF from my cykling rides (with a power meter), so I'd recommend following the same suggestions - restarting the watch, and conducting the FTP test. If it still does not help for the subsequent Activitities, contact the Customer Support.

I did restart my watch, next ride the date came out correctly. 2 days later i am getting again those wrong numbers. Also dont think it has anything to do with the watch. i deleted the ride, then imported a fit file from TrainingPeaks manually. In TP IF and TSS were correct, in Garmin Connect it shows again the wrong values. So please start looking into your software whats going on here.

If you speak to me, then I have no such software I could look into. If you want to tell it to Garmin, you need to contact them directly at https://support.garmin.com as I already suggested. They won't see it here, on the user forum.

Hi, ever figure this out? I'm having the exact same problem. TSS and IF are way too high in GC.
