Hi, not sure if my question may be postes here.
I am following the half marathon program (Galloway) since 7 weeks (from the 18w program).
My question is: is it normal that 2/3 weekly trainings are cadance/glider workouts (wich in addition, still have the same frequence and quantity: 4 series cadance and 4 series of glider technique?).
