Corrupted File

Question

Hi, 
 My Garmin activity won't upload, and I get an error message when trying to upload it. I have tried fixing it with online tools, but have not had success. I would be grateful if someone who knows how to work with these files could fix it!

, this should work for you - ACJC0442-fixed.zip 
 Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page . 
 Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool . 
 Some tips to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files 
 
 Keep the number of files in your activity folder on the device&rsquo;s file system down using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space on a Garmin Fitness Device If you delete the files in your activity folder with a Mac computer then empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer. 
 Regularly check for firmware updates 
 If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support .
