Hi everyone!
Yesterday I found that in the Tacx cloud the button for sharing ride to Strava disappeared and now I don't know how to send my data to Strava. Before entering to the cloud I link my Tacx account with Garmin (despite the fact that I don't have a Garmin device). However, neither in the Tacx cloud nor in the Garmin app I cannot find the function to get my ride. Does anybody know how to send riding information?
What I tried to do.
Sync Tacx account with the newly created Garmin account.
Set up option to send TCX file by email.
No information about the ride was sent to Garmin app (neither to email).
In Garmin app I set up sync with Strava, but because of there is no ride data was sent from Tacx, nothing to synchronise.
