Why is the custom strength workout function so incredibly difficult to use? Not only is it glitchy and tedious, a bunch of the exercises in my workout weren't in the dropdown list making the tool pretty unhelpful...

Why is the custom strength workout function so incredibly difficult to use? Not only is it glitchy and tedious, a bunch of the exercises in my workout weren't in the dropdown list making the tool pretty unhelpful. Is there a better app to use to make custom strength workouts instead of the Garmin app? Or is there any hope of an update with custom activity input and a more usable interface?
