Update: Garmin/Tacx had said that they had rectified the problem but that, as there were lots to merge, my old data should appear at some point. I’m rather sceptical that this will happen. They seemed to have sorted my Premium status as it showed as Premium the other day (was just checking but unable to use), but have gone to train this evening to find my account has reverted to Basic which I am now unable to access any of the movies or training facilities.
This is rather poor service when I’m paying for something I’m not getting. I’m guessing that I’ll have to spend quite a bit of time tomorrow trying to get to speak to someone who is unlikely going to be able help. I’m considering selling the whole lot as it’s basically useless to me at this point.
Was unable to use a different account as it said that it was already attached to another account. Can’t change it. I had contacted support and I thought that they had remedied this by changing the status of my account to Premium, as it no longer recognises the Google account login, but this has now reverted to Basic, even though I paid for Premium on 3rd December.
