Strength training - editing

Hi!

Recently I started using the strength training capability of my new watch. I'm fairly familiar with how to operate it on the watch, but I have several questions when it comes to editing the training in garmin connect. Two questions for now:

1. Some sets have weight set to "Body weight", others have "-- kg", and others have "0 kg". How do I change "-- kg" to "Body weight"? How do I change "0 kg" to "-- kg"?

2. I cannot find this exercise on the list of available exercises in garmin connect (English is not my native language and I am unfamiliar with most of the fitness terminology). How is it called in Garmin Connect terminology?

  • The exercise list on Garmin Connect is far from complete, and no wonder since there can be so many versions. It's been asked for years to allow to enter or name your own exercises, but so far that hasn't been done. So it may very well be that you will not find your exercise in the list.

    I can see that there are a couple of "Adduction" variants though, so choose one of them and write in the step notes what you actually intend to do - that's the workaround that's available for now.

    I do not see any step notes. To be clear, I'm not trying to edit a programmed workout for upload to the watch. I'm editing an activity that's been downloaded from the watch. I do not see any step notes there.
