8 Hour Difference in Sync Time?

When I am in Garmin Connect on my PC, I notice the sync time in 8 hours ahead of my actual time. All my settings have the correct time. How can I fix this?

Are you sure? Did you check also the Upload Time Zone in the User Profile settings?

It's set to GMT -8

Which is Pacific time North America.

In that case I do not know. My GCWeb shows the sync time correctly. It looks like yours is showing the UTC time instead, but why it is so, I do not know.
